Activation Code eSIM configuration with UniFi 5G Max and 5G Backup

I couldn't get the QR code to activate from the UniFi web interface, but manually entering the activation code worked.

When adding the eSIM, prepend the following to the activation code:

1$consumer.rsp.world$

For example:

1$consumer.rsp.world$YOUR_ACTIVATION_CODE

The screenshot below shows what the activation code should look like in the UniFi interface.

I hope this saves someone else the time I spent figuring it out. 

After activation, you should see it working in the eSIM slot. For me, it's a Failover to my primary T-Mobile SIM.
